Kemetic Yoga is an ancient Egyptian system of movement and meditation that has been passed down through generations of African civilizations. This spiritual practice incorporates the use of breath control, postures, and visualization techniques to create a harmonious balance between the mind, body, and spirit. A Kemetic Yoga 200-hour teacher training certification program is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of this sacred practice and enable individuals to teach it to others. The training involves an in-depth study of Kemetic Yoga philosophy, history, and principles, as well as practical instruction on how to lead Kemetic Yoga classes. Throughout the program, participants will learn how to guide students through various postures, sequences, and breathing techniques, while emphasizing the importance of proper alignment and safety. They will also explore the spiritual and cultural significance of Kemetic Yoga, and how to incorporate these elements into their teaching. Upon completion of the Kemetic Yoga 200-hour teacher training certification, graduates will be equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to lead classes, workshops, and retreats with confidence and authenticity. They will have a deep understanding of the spiritual and physical benefits of Kemetic Yoga, and will be able to share these benefits with others in a meaningful way.

Online purchase and scheduling is provided on website or by calling us directly at 404-583-8350. Classes and Workshops: Advance payment or payment plan arrangement with payment in full prior to first class, or prior to workshop is required for participation. All services are non-refundable and non-transferable so please purchase mindfully. There are no refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete a package. Reschedules are always welcome as life does happen on both ends and we want to ensure optimal presence by both parties. PUNCTUALITY: Your session begins on time so please be prompt. I often have other bookings with only a small window for clearing energies and cleaning the space in between sessions. If you are late, please expect that your session will still end as scheduled unless otherwise stated. RESCHEDULING SESSION: Life happens, for both of us! I am happy to work with you to reschedule within the hour of your selected time. At times, I may need to reschedule. Please make sure you have included your phone number so that I can reach you in the event this is necessary. Working with Spirit requires that my energy is optimal for your session. Missed appointments without any advance communication are deemed as “No Shows” and are not eligible for reschedule or refund. Exceptions may be made in case of emergency only.
